Users can import customer consumption data from external files (like spreadsheets) and automatically locate them on the map as customer points. By using address information, this tool geocodes each customer, providing a highly granular and accurate spatial distribution of water demands throughout the system, even if you don’t have coordinates. This is a foundational step for building a well-calibrated and realistic model.

This tool automates the process of assigning customer demand points to the network with high accuracy. Users can define service areas or DMAs using polygons, and the tool intelligently allocates the customer points within that boundary to the correct pipes.
